Limits on help we can give you

We cannot help you get a visa if you do not:

• meet the visa requirements
• give us all the information they need for your visa application.

We cannot:

• keep working with you if we discover we have a conflict of interest
• hold money you have paid us in advance if we stop working for you. However, any work completed prior to the termination of the contract is required to be paid if your contract says so.

We do not guarantee the Department of Home Affairs will:

• grant you a visa.
